1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within the withdrawal period and return the item in accordance with the conditions below.
2. Return Conditions
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: Personalized, made-to-order, and certain pre-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return prior to delivery, except where required by applicable law or in cases of defect.
3. Return Process

- Authorization: Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending any items.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be deducted from the refund.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. Pre-Orders
Some products available on our website are offered as pre-orders.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions:
- Estimated Shipping Time: Pre-order items are expected to be shipped approximately 2–3 weeks after the official release date, depending on supplier processing times and logistics.
- Release Date Changes: Release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and may be subject to change. Delays outside our control may occur and do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation or refund.
- Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers): The 14-day withdrawal period applies only after the customer receives the goods. This right cannot be exercised before the product has been delivered.
- Order Commitment: By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees that the item will be specifically reserved and/or ordered based on their purchase.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests for pre-orders may be refused or may be subject to administrative and non-recoverable payment processing fees, particularly where the order has already been processed with suppliers.
- Refunds: In cases where a cancellation is accepted, any non-recoverable costs (including payment processing fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.
